Meet Anton:
Your Partner in Growth
I am Anton Krasnitskiy, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in Brooklyn, New York. I specialize in supporting corporate professionals, young adults, and teenagers as they navigate the challenges of ADHD, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions.
My goal is to provide you with evidence-based, individualized therapy tailored to your unique needs. I have a particular passion for helping adults manage executive functioning challenges, workplace stress, and burnout. Whether you are entering the workforce for the first time, navigating a career change, or reassessing your life’s direction, I am here to help you bridge the gap to a more focused and balanced life.
Finding clarity in the chaos
Racing or scattered thoughts that make it hard to slow down
Difficulty concentrating, staying organized, or following through on tasks
Procrastination, overwhelm, or trouble managing time and priorities
Feeling anxious in new situations, social settings, or high-pressure environments
Perfectionism or fear of making mistakes that interferes with progress
Low motivation, fatigue, or feeling “stuck,” even when you want to move forward
Ongoing stress, self-doubt, or emotional exhaustion that impacts daily life
Together, we can bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be, building the habits and focus you need to thrive.
Specialties
-

ADHD
We work together to identify how ADHD impacts focus, organization, time management, and performance in the workplace, and develop practical, evidence-based strategies to improve productivity, reduce overwhelm, and support sustainable success.
-

Anxiety
Together, we’ll develop tools to manage worry, stay grounded, and approach new situations with greater ease and confidence.
-

Depression
In our sessions, we will identify patterns that contribute to low mood, build skills to manage negative thoughts, and develop strategies to increase motivation, engagement, and overall emotional well-being.
My Approach
-
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) helps you understand how your thoughts, emotions, physical sensations, and behaviors work together. By breaking challenges into manageable steps, CBT supports practical problem-solving and lasting change.
-
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is based on the understanding that difficult thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations are a normal part of being human. Rather than trying to eliminate or control these experiences, ACT helps you develop a different relationship with them. By building psychological flexibility, ACT supports you in taking meaningful, values-based actions- even when challenges are present.
-
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) helps address how past experiences and learned responses continue to influence emotions, stress reactions, and behavior in high-pressure professional environments. When certain situations trigger strong emotional or physiological responses, they can impact focus, confidence, and decision-making. Through EMDR, we work to process these patterns so they become less reactive, allowing for greater emotional regulation, clarity, and intentional action at work.
